I’m Ted Buckenham, a licensed Professional Counselor based in Rome, Georgia - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I have worked with over 2,000 families and children facing many different challenges. My specialty is helping families and children recover from traumatic events, but I also have experience with a variety of other situations such as helping with anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

MY EXPERIENCE
A variety of therapeutic settings with an emphasis on Families in Crisis...
Since 2000, I have been working with families in crisis via Child Advocacy Centers, Partial Hospitalization programs, Intensive Family Counseling programs, and Support Groups.
I majored in Psychology and earned my Bachelor's from Berry College in 2000. In 2006, I completed my Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. I earned my certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia in 2010.
